During High Season we rent from saturdays to saturdays

Fees: pro apartement / night  2023

inclusive:  final cleaning, bedding, towels, bath towels,     

                   kitchen utensils,  utilities, WiFi, parking space, tax 

exclusive: power, deposit € 100.-

Due to the explosive costs of electricity during 2022, we have to exclude the power from the bill and have to charge according to the power consumption during your stay, we are still looking for an easy and practicable way so both parties can be content. We ask for your understanding.

During high season we rent by the week (starting saturday)

high season: 16. June - 14. September

1. - 3. night ....  per € 130.-

4 .- 7. night +... per € 110.-

                                             = 1. week = 7 nights ........  €    830.-

starting 8. Nacht ...  per €   110.-

                                             = 2 weeks= 14 nights .....  €  1600.-

Please do pay the deposit together with your second payment, one week

ahead of your arrival. For sure we will pay it back on the day you leave,

provided there is no damage made, it looks clean and you respected our

no-smoking rule. We only have Non- Smoker Apartements!
