exclusive: deposit € 100.-

Due to the explosive costs of electricity during 2022  and ongoing high price levels we ask to be aware of your power consumption during your stay, especially how you use the air conditioner.  We ask for your understanding and not have it running while you are out.

1. - 3. night ....  per € 150.-

4 .+    night ..... per € 120.-

                                             = 1. week = 7 nights ........  €    930.-

                                             = 2 weeks= 14 nights .....  €  1770.-

The first payment of 50% of the overall rental charge fixates your reservation The payment of balance is due one week ahead of your arrival.

Please do pay the deposit together with your second payment, one week

ahead of your arrival. For sure we will pay it back on the day you leave,

provided there is no damage made, it looks clean and you respected our

no-smoking rule.

We have a Non- Smoker Apartement and NO-Animal Apartement!
